Absolutely amazing instructor! I trust her with my life! She is 10/10 and never makes you feel uncomfortable for being a beginner, but empowered to become advanced.
As a fitness instructor myself, I am amazed by her! Her form cueing, her energy, her hands-on adjustments. She’s by far the expert in the room.
Gab was so kind, patient and informative. She made sure to get everyone’s name, know of any injuries we had and consistently checked in.
A Different Way to Show Up
I believe in challenging movement, thoughtful guidance, and knowing when to take a breath. You don’t have to arrive feeling ready. You just have to begin where you are.
The Method
Every movement has a purpose.
Expect to work.
You may surprise yourself.
Take the break you need.
Come back when you’re ready.
Meet Gabriele
There is strength in showing up as you are.
Born in Lithuania and raised just outside Chicago, I found my way to South Florida when football brought my husband and me here. Being close to the world of professional sports gave me a front-row seat to the dedication behind performance, but it also shaped the way I think about movement. What stays with me most isn’t how hard someone can push. It’s what happens when they begin to trust themselves enough to try.
As a mother and a coach, I understand that every season asks something different of us. Some days you have more to give. Other days, getting started is the work. There’s room for both here.
I’ll challenge you. I’ll ask you to slow down, pay attention, and discover what you’re capable of. And I’ll remind you that taking a break doesn’t erase the work you’ve done. It gives you room to come back to it.
You don’t have to prove anything to be here. Just meet yourself where you are, and see what happens when you give yourself permission to go a little deeper.
Whatever your season, whatever your reason, I’m happy you’re here.
